Biljana Kaitović is an experienced international leader, characterized by her proven delivery record. With a background in IT and Digital Transformation, Biljana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and three Master of Science degrees in Information Management, Economics & Business Administration, and International Management of IT.

Biljana held a variety of senior positions in the energy sector. With two decades of experience, she has repeatedly bridged the gap between technology and business, demonstrating a strong passion for digital transformation and innovative business models. Having lived in six countries, she has gained valuable insights into diverse cultures and work environments, enriching her international perspective. She joined ENGIE in May 2022 as Executive Vice President, in charge of Digital and Information Systems. Biljana brings to ENGIE her extensive expertise across various domains, including information technology, the energy sector, capital projects, and operations at an industrial scale.
