International Womens Day

As today marks #InternationalWomensDay, I’d like to pay tribute to all the amazing women working in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) fields. At ENGIE, we believe diversity is a strength and we are actively committed to addressing this disparity through concrete initiatives around the world:

👉 In France, we support the "Elles bougent!" association, aimed at inspiring young women (from middle school to college) to pursue careers in STEM fields. Currently, 181 ENGIE mentors passionately share their expertise, guiding these young women through their educational and professional journeys. We firmly believe in the transformative power of mentorship to broaden horizons for women in STEM.

👉 In Brazil, we have initiated a program designed to empower women in technical professions, from educational support to career entry. With over 500 women enrolled (out of the 3,000 applications received!), the program aims to ignite passion for technical, engineering, and energy market careers, providing tailored training and mentorship.We don't just talk about change, we make it happen!
